After having the lawnmower for several days, I receive a call from Bill asking if I could being him the manual. At that point I should have know I was in trouble.
To make a long story short, I was charged $80 for Bill to do absolutely nothing to the lawnmower. His exact quote to me was that the lawnmower was shot and not worth the $1000 he would have to charge me to fix it.
Anyways I bring the lawnmower to another provider, and they changed my oil, blades, and fix the small engine problem for $120. The mower is running as good as new, and they told me it should easily last another ten years.
What it comes down to is Bill has absolutly no idea what he is doing, you dont have to trust my review, make your own judgement call if you bring your equipment to his house. You'll understand why he wants cash up front. Do not waste your time going here!!!! Horrible.
