Woodwork Design, llc - Michael Costin will work with you and try to keep your job with a budget without cutting corners with communication always being key to a successful project. I will use licensed and insured sub-contractors that I have a working relationship if needed such as electricians and plumbers or you are free to use your own. Whichever, I will not treat them any different than if they were my subs. A proposal will be written defining responsibilities of the home owner and the responsibilities of Woodwork Design lll , work to be performed will be written in detail to your satisfaction. Usually a small deposit is needed. Payment schedule arranged.

Our company does not offer any hazardous material removal. With mikes experience working in the commercial and residential field, he has been involved with licensed abatement contractors working with the removal of asbestos and lead paint. Mike has completed his completion of federal RRP lead program for lead hazards
