Yes, I recommend this pro
$2,600
He's a neighbor and I saw his truck. He also had a card at the local lumber yard and I picked it up there. I liked that he was very knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He was timely and extremely neat. His price was high. I was concerned because we were nebulous a bit on the design of the mantle. We didn't know exactly what we wanted. We wanted ideas from the contractors and they were all on the same boat. They couldn't really give a firm quote on something that they didn't know what it was going to be. He was the only one who came specifically and said the cost of materials plus the labor and the number of hours. I didn't want to agree to an open ended contract like that, but he gave me an estimate of what he thought it might be. He came in well within the range of ours and it worked out very satisfactorily. The design that we all came up with was right on and it wasn't as complicated as we thought it might of been in the beginning. I would use him again and I recommend him now.
