We called upon a reference from a friend when we ran into an emergency. On a Sunday night, we called with the hopes Saviour Septic would return the phone call sometime Monday. To our amazement, they called us back within the hour (yes, on a Sunday) and assured us that they would be out the next morning. Honestly, we were skeptical but the team showed up the next day at 10:30 am (exactly when you said you would). Saviour Septic's team of two was professional, kind, and efficient. They worked diligently to work with a VERY old septic system coming from a house built in 1790. They didn't care about getting under the house, into the system, or working through the many problems that were revealed. Part of the care they showed was working with the integrity of the house and keeping us aware of the process. Side note: I have super curious kids and the team fielded questions and explained a lot of what they were doing to them - so much appreciated! Much to our dismay, the problems continued to reveal themselves. A project that I was hoping would be fixed with a small unclogging was much, much worse. The team stayed patient and communicated every step of the way. Inside the house, they were careful and cognizant of our home. Outside, they were respectful of our surroundings. They never stopped working and after many hours, the issues continued to show. Working in the dark with headlights, the team assured us they would be back the next day to finish the project. Reliable as ever, they appeared the next day, with the owner of the business. He came to the site to make sure that the job was completed (especially because they had to bring in high-tech tools) and that we were satisfied with the work. After a few more hours, all the problems were remedied and we were flushing with ease! All details aside, this is the most important piece: Saviour Septic showed up, they were professional, we trusted them, they delivered on their agreement, and they treated us and our home/property with respect. AND THEY WERE SO REASONABLY PRICED! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Expect a lot of business from our area because we will recommend Saviour Septic to everyone, every day of the week (even Sundays!) Side note: I am reading the sporadic negative reviews and in so many words, there has got to be more to the story. There is no way the team of people that worked with us didn't do EVERYTHING in their power to help these other customers...

This MARK D. KUDLACH guy is a fraud master; and anyone who wants to use his service is WARNED! I quoted a sewage to manhole installation last year; and he was aggressive on the pricing and claimed to throw in additional job in the back yard to get the project. I was OK with that; and didn't realize that he can not deliver the project. Here is the payment arrangement: $5K for starting the back yard job which is a bonus; and I only allowed because he contracted with me for the sewage project in front. He did finish the back yard job. $6k for deposit before he starts the front job; and the final $6k after finish. Again, this was where the thing got nasty. I paid $6K in April 2021, and the project was postponed again and again. This guy promised he will take care of the thing in March 2022 when the weather is a bit warmer. Fast forward to this year, the project was not progressing anywhere; and this guy is avoiding my phone calls; and only told me that the back yard job was worth $12k. Come on, what a freak! The only reason I did the back job was because this guy throw it in as the bonus with the promise of finishing the sewage project. Now is the tricky part: this guy is claiming he should keep all $11K including $5K for the back yard job and the $6k deposit for the sewage line which never started. The moral issue here is that a "bait and switch" in its finest form. I am in the process of solidifying a lawyer to help the situation with all financial damages this guy caused. I want to make this visible to everyone before you consider this guy for a job which may never start.

I tried all kinds of people. There’s a name of somebody in Bozrah, I forgot his name with a “C”. I called him and he came over, and he recommended Saviour, because the leak was in the bottom. So, they dug out the yard and they changed the pipe in the bottom. They said there was a crack in the bottom there. Then the water started building up in the house and I called them again. They flushed it down to the sewer. They were very expensive, whatever they did was very expensive. I grade them a “B” for overall, because the price was so bad. When they dug in the yard, it cost $2,000. They also charged me for the toilet, $450 for another service, because they didn’t know what it was when the water was building up. They used a crane an it damaged a little piece of my house when they were digging it down. They had to pull up a bush, and they got rid of that one too. It finally worked, the leak finally stopped dripping. Nobody knew, it was hard to find out what it was. I would say a “C” for price because it turned out to be so expensive, to me it sounds expensive. I don’t know how it goes with other companies. They did pretty good except for the piece on the house.

The job was done quickly and efficiently, the price was lowest quote we received of 5. When finished the yard was filled and graded exactly as found. Zero complaints, Mark is professional and pleasant and I would highly recommend his company.

The whole team was very responsive and professional, gave us a fair deal considering it was an emergency situation and we couldnt leave the customers house until the problem was fixed. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone in need of septic service.

When I lived in CT Mark and his crew were fast at response time. They were all professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I had back flow going into my yard which smelt horrible. Mark and his team evaluated the damage, gave me a reasonable price and performed the worked needed that day. I now live in Mass and wished Mark could perform all my septic cleaning out this way. I will always recommend him and his team to all friends and family.

Although I didn't know if the job could even be done, it went very smoothly for us.  Although the contractor ran into several obstacles during the job, and several modification to the original plan were made, the contractor kept on moving and maintained the agreed-to price.  We were very happy with the high quality work that was done.

I had sever companies came out to diagnose the problem they recommended snaking the line and after several faied attemps Mark from Saviour septic educated me on using high preassure water jetting insted of the commonly used the snnaking method. Ultimately we had to replace the main line due to sagging/settling of the pipe that they discovered with their video inspectin unit. Mark and his crew came out same day under emergency situation replaced main sewer line from the house to the septic tank. This job was not easy because half the main line was under my porch to the septic tank. I just appreciated there overall service and price. Im a very happy customer! Ill tell everybody about their services!

The owner came out (about 30 year old) to perform this service and ripped me off! Being new to the area I selected this company from the phone book. I paid $700 to have the tank pumped and the inlet pipe snaked a couple of feet. Found out after the fact that most companies in the area do both of these for average of $270-$300. Will never do business with this company and will forever give them negative reviews. To gouge a customer is just poor business practice! Secondly I was informed to make the check payable to cash and not to the business name. Perhaps they only recorded half of the money on their taxes and pocketed the rest.

"[Member name removed]. We're sorry that you feel this way about the pricing. We recall the ground was frozen and had to jackhammer frozen dirt in order to even get to the problem area. We also remember that hand excavation which requires extreme manual labor in order to save your sidewalk We have upfront pricing on all of our emergency services and clearly quoted you the price before the commencement of work. It was your decision to allow our company to provide you with excellent service at a reasonable rate for the scope of work. I see in your rating that the price was the only factor that scored below a B in the overall results to the right of the screen. You really do get what you pay for in this service industry. As we recall that was a very challenging specific specialty job that not any drain cleaning company could have provided for you. We hope that you would consider us for hire on your next project. You have a very unique situation when it comes to drainage on your property and we would hope you would have qualified technicians back to your property if ever needed again. "You really do get what you pay for" Thanks, Saviour Septic LLC"

I called the company at 8:00AM Mark was just getting into the office we talked about a problem I was have with my Septic system .He said he would send out Mat he worker in about 30 Min. 30 min. later I get a call that they could not find my house. I know that using a GPS sometimes will put you on the other end of a long rd. Anyways they showed up and went to work we dug up the area where the septic tank cover is . Then they hydro-blasted the sewage pipe and unclogging the drain line .I was happy until I found out they thought there might be a sag or low spot in the drain line .It was advised that I have it changed out or I may end up with the same situation again. I agreed to have the sewage line replaced . They said they could do the job the same day, and kept to there word. They did leave for another job they had already had to go to but said they would be back in the afternoon. They showed up later about 3:30 PM and finished about 6:00-6:300PM Note: While they were gone to the other job he was ordering material my job here and having a back hole digger delivered for when they arrived .All in all they worked quick cleaned up after themselves very nice guys.
