The technician provided you with an upfront price for the repair, with the proper part to be installed, you declined. We offer maintenance contracts, to all our customers. Our contracts include the yearly maintenance appointment and a discount on repairs. Since we did not show any records of your system being maintained by us or others; we have an obligation to offer you, any and all discounts available. At Tyler we pride ourselves on prompt, professional service and upfront pricing. Thank you for your feedback."

"We apologize if we feel short in any way. No matter how much money a customer may spend with us, everyone is treated with the same priority. Our records indicate that you placed a call on the evening of [Member Information Removed]/8/2017, for an issue with your master bedroom zone. We were out to you the following morning on [Member Information Removed]/9/2017 at 8:00 am and within an hour your system was up and running properly. We take customer concerns like this very seriously, prompted by your review, we launched an investigation. We did not find any issues with our phone system or record keeping indicating that we did not respond to your requests. We have contact you multiple times since your installation. Including in the spring to schedule your preventative maintenance appointments. The maintenance is important to have done each year to ensure the equipment is running properly and to maintain the factory warranty, especially since your equipment is very sophisticated. At that time, you requested the contract to be emailed, so it could be reviewed. We also sent the contract out again in October and still no appointments were made. As always, our goal was to provide you with the best customer service possible. Thank you for your feedback."

The sales person was very responsive. Installers were prompt, polite and extremely professional. They were thorough to go over the AC functions and warranty info. They also cleaned up well. Office personnel was also extremely pleasant and helpful in scheduling. It was a great customer experience. Thank You!

We hired Tyler LLC in July 2017 to replace our existing air conditioning system and could not be happier with the service or the product. We had a positive experience with the entire Tyler team at each phase of the work. The Reception/Customer service folks were always friendly, efficient and organized. The owner of Tyler actually came out to prepare the sales quote and walk us through our numerous options. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with our questions and thorough with his explanations. The technicians we also top notch. The install was done timely and flawlessly. This is a company that prides itself on offering quality products and exceptional workmanship. They are true professionals. We will no doubt be using Tyler LLC going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a true AC professional.

Showed up on time, finished on time and we had wonderful heat and hot water 20 mins later. I also called with a question a year or so later and the young lady at Tyler went out of her way to be helpful. The whole crew was friendly and professional. Rates were reasonable. You don't often get great service like this anymore and it's worth letting everyone know.

Very professional Company. From Tom the salesman, Vincent the technician, to the young women that answers the phone when you call. On June 7th Tyler installed my new furnace and central AC and almost a month later my wife and myself are very happy and not one single problem to report. Tom the salesman was great. He explained everything to me, gave me a fair quote and made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. Vincent the technician, arrived early and by 4pm he was done. I had two chances to test Tyler's customer service and both times they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. The first time -- after I signed the contract I wanted a more up to date thermostat than the one included in the package and Tyler made the change without increasing the price. The second time -- I was not satisfy with the way the thermostat cable was hanging and Tyler sent an electrician to put the cable any way I wanted it. Needless to say that my wife and myself are completely satisfied with the job that Tyler did for us.

They came out right on time. Took maybe 5-10 min of looking at inside then was done. Other places took measurements and pictures. Wanted to look at a neighbors to see what size they had. Tomorrow will be one week and still don't have an estimate from them. Will never use nor recommend

We are extremely pleased with quality of work performed by Tyler Heating & AC. They were responsive to our request for an estimate - the salesman (Robert) showed up on time for our appointment and he was able to provide estimates on the spot for different tiers of AC units. This was a huge plus for us as some companies will show up and never provide the estimate and won't return phone calls. Robert was more than happy to answer our questions after providing the estimate and would promptly return our calls within the same day. The installation crew showed up on time and were able to complete the entire installation in one day, ahead of schedule. They were professional, courteous, and left the house in cleaner condition than when they arrived - all dust/debris was vacuumed up and the floors were cleaned. They took the time to walk us through everything they were doing and were very patient and helpful in answering our questions and showing us how everything worked. Our only "complaint" is that the our crown moulding had to be cut in the hallway to fit the return duct vent without another viable solution. This was a very minor point in the grand scheme of things. After a few days of use, we realized that the fan only option on the AC was not working. After placing a call to Tyler, they were able to send someone back the next day and the technician was able to re-wire the unit and the fan option works. We are very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism of the entire staff, from the salesman, to the technicians, and the sales/installation coordinator (Cinda). They made the entire process incredibly smooth and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We would absolutely recommend Tyler Heating and AC and we are looking forward to working with them in maintaining our AC unit going forward.

Very good, starting with my salesman Tom Haggerty, he was knowledgeable and made sure to ask a lot of questions on our needs. His proposal came in 24hrs. Install team of Chris and Vin + two other guys, very prompt, professional and most important did excellent work. These guys worked non stop for almost 12 hrs. We are very pleased with Tyler, start to finish!

It went great! The work was done in a timely manner, they were prompt, courteous and explained everything they were going to do prior to starting. For the repair, they explained what they felt was best for the unit, but also gave me a cheaper option as "band aid" fix for a while. We chose to have the entire repair done and everything runs beautifully.

Not only was the work done perfectly with an efficient system, they kept my basement clean and were very pleasant to deal with. Everything went well, except the scheduling. Two times the service person showed up much earlier than agreed upon. One time they were supposed to come in the afternoon and called me in the morning that they were 10 minutes from my house. Luckily, I live close to my work and did not have any meetings scheduled. The actual service person was professional and polite. I would still use them again.

Robert came out to give us a quote and was right on time as he said he would be, it was very professional quoting experience. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment change during the week of our appointment and arrived right on time. They said the job would take 2 days but they were able to complete in 1. All went very well. They had someone there in less than 48 hours. The tech was courteous and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. It is a very old furnace, so I appreciated that they didn't tell me that it had to be replaced. They did say it "should" be replaced, which no doubt is true, but they went ahead and did the repair to keep it ticking. I do appreciate that kind of attitude. I would not hesitate to use Tyler again, and would recommend them. (And I have used other heating/cooling companies that I definitely would NOT recommend). Of course these days the contractors tend to price things by the task, not by the hour, so you end up paying what amounts to a high hourly rate. But ok, they got the job done and I didn't have to buy a new furnace...yet. All in all a positive experience.
