They came quickly to assess my situation and provided an estimate on the spot, in writing. When I had a follow up question, they returned to see my existing boiler again. On the date selected for installation, their people arrived on-time and were organized and polite. Their price was comparable to the other quote I received, but I feel their service was better than the other company.

Very please with the install. Vin was very professional and applied due diligence to the project. His oversight and instruction provided the reinsurance that needed. I requested four heating and AC vendors to provide proposals. Tyler was most responsive to my questions and offered me alternatives along with helpful suggestions. My next project is my boiler. I will be turning them in the future.

All steps were fantastic. All of the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. As you can imagine I was hesitant to replace my old furnace. I won't lie, I really did not want to spend that kind of money on an item that no one sees. (I really wanted to re-do my bathroom!) But the truth in the matter was that I needed a new furnace. Now that the cold weather is here I am enjoying the warmth and increased efficiency. Thank you Tyler Heating!

Very well for the most part! Only problem with AC split system was with an "elbow" joint that was the wrong size and did not cover wiring upon installation. When I called post-job and asked that the elbow be replaced immediately, the company foreman was out at my home the next morning; he did have the "elbow" replaced with a good-fitting one, and he made it a point to note that customer satisfaction is his top priority. The subcontractors who put in the new electrical panel also were very good, though after leaving they forgot to take some tools (retrieved later), and they forgot to turn back on automatic condenser pump attached to the furnace, which I noticed after some minor leakage had occurred; I fixed that readily by turning back on the pump. However, these were minor issues, and I was VERY SATISFIED with the work overall, and with the courtesy and professionalism of Tyler's crew, and especially with their COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I especially was touched by their concern for the welfare of my family to get these installations complete in a timely manner, so my family members could use the lower level as a guest room, while in town visiting another family member who was severely ill in the hospital. Also, every time I call Tyler as regards their very helpful YEARLY MAINTENANCE contract, I am completely satisfied with their inspection and correction to any Heating/AC issues (especially thanks to Chris, a great workman and courteous professional!) This was either an Intentional or Unintentional BAIT & SWITCH! The price quoted was $175, but for another $25 I could sign up for an annual Maintenance Agreement. So, I chose the annual plan. After the Service Man finished, he said he did one of my two units, which was basically changing out the filter AND that to do the second unit would be double the charge! In the conversation with the original person I spoke with, we talked about 'system' maintenance; I did not expect double the charges. The Service man said if I wanted the 2nd unit serviced I needed to give him my credit card to be changed - - no choice for me at this point! I call the original person I spoke with, who sold me the Agreement and have yet to hear back from them. My bill for 2 hours was almost $600, with no freon added. The should have informed me that the agreement covered just one unit upfront! In addition, what I ended up purchasing for the added $25 was the right to receive a 10% on future parts. What a scam...

Good, but I have no actual experience with repairs. This was for consulting only, and the company was responsive.

After several issues this spring, it became clear that there was something wrong with my the furnace that Tyler had installed back in 2016. After Chris, the world's greatest tech, came by, he discovered that there was an issue with the way the unit was venting. Although he fixed the venting, Donny and the crew at Tyler weren't satisfied…so they came today to replace my entire furnace under warranty, for free. That's the thing with the staff at Tyler: they will bend over backwards to make sure that you are safe (their first priority!) and happy and that the products they sell are worry-free. And when those products break (as they inevitably do), they'll work diligently to get you back up and running. I can't thank the team at Tyler enough (hi, Cinda!), and I have no doubt that they will continue to listen respectfully, respond to my requests promptly, explain what they're doing (BIG props to Chris for letting me follow him around and ask a million stupid questions!), and put in the extra effort to have a customer for life!

The two installers from Tyler were great. Did a nice looking job we are very happy with the results and would have them back again no problem.

Tyler heating and AC was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Tom the salesman was helpful and responsive. The installation crew was punctual, clean, and took time to explain the entire system after the installation was completed. Cinda in the office was very helpful in coordinating things and less than a week after the install had all of my products registered for their warranties. And so far the new furnace and water heater work fantastically. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Completed in 3 days, very professional crew, sub contractor electricians left a mess and mud in the house. Tyler’s crew stepped up and did their best to remedy that issue.

VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!They came out for a HVAC issue and smoke damaged my home. To add insult one of their owner,s Rick T misrepresented himself to me. Now my home insurance and lawyers are involved with the mess they created for me. Living out in a hotel for the next 2 months due to their negligence. Not sure how they received 51 positive reviews?
