I was with out HVAC on a 17 year old system. The Tyler team, quickly responded to the issue and have a new system installed with in a week. The team arrived on time, was neat, professional and respecful on safety issues. The old system was removed and new system installed in one day. Installation. The team answered my questions and and provided quince on system operation. I highly recommend Tyler.

Donny and his team are the best, They installed a new HVAC system for us in the Fall and made some updates to our other systems. When we needed help with a fan noise issue they came out quickly and fixed the issue with really creative and innovative ways of problem solving. Incredible.

Charged $125 for 15 minute diagnostic visit. Would not apply this payment to the repair, so I declined to use them. Part pricing was extremely inflated. I found the OEM replacement part for $350 (msrp $500), not the $675 qouted.

This is the third AC unit I have bought from Tyler over the last few years. Their attention to detail and stellar customer service (especially their sales rep Donny) have made them stand out. Their installation crews have always been professional, clean, courteous, and good communicators. I feel their prices are very fair, but you get what you pay for. You could likely find someone for a few hundred dollars cheaper, but I’ve found you’ll pay for it down the road For the quality of work that they do I think their priced very competitively. I’ve used a number of different AC folks in past, but I’ll be staying with Tyler forever.

Great! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I felt respected and safe during this annual A/C inspection. I was able to arrange with the tech assistant for him to work totally OUTSIDE of my house. He worked on the compressors outside, while I turned on the AC units inside, following his instructions and communicating with him by mobile phone. Also, I cleaned/vacuumed all filters inside by myself, and showed him through a (closed) window in my house how clean they were! He approved them and said I'd done a great job. We did a great job together, and I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and safety measures. He even word gloves and mask outside. I pray daily for these brave folks on the front lines as essential workers. My gratitude cannot be adequately expressed. Deb

I'd become increasingly concerned about the company I was using for my AC and heating needs. When I knew we needed a lot of work doing, I decided to search for a new company that I could trust. We needed to get 4 new AC units installed. They were 17 years old and leaking, so we took the plunge and decided to replace them. I had a lot of questions around the systems in my house and what to install. During my phone conversations Donny was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and I believe that he gave me honest suggestions on the best solutions for my home and living situation. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly, one of the units was tucked away in a tight closet in my daughters room, and they dealt with that easily. They installed 4 new controllers. They were tidy, and worked long hours to get the job done. In addition they spent time explaining the new systems to us and answering questions of ours that arose. We are really pleased with the new systems and controllers, we have peace of mind that we've installed good, reliable systems, and that we have a great company looking after our AC and heating needs. I also hired them to do annual service visits for our heating and AC. So far they have performed the winter maintenance visit, and identified a couple of things that needed addressing to prevent possible problems this winter. What they recommended made sense to us, and we thought they were valid and worthwhile repairs. As we trust this company, we decided to go ahead and get the work done. Chris D came to do the repair job. He was very friendly, helpful, hard working, and did a great job. He also took time to make sure we knew what was going on. I'm hugely relieved that I found this company. It's increasingly rare to find companies to help out in the home who are good at what they do, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. BTW I'm also impressed with their office support staff. They are super friendly and helpful, calling back when they say they will. Booking appointments is super easy with this company.

Tyler’s crew is always professional and informative and thorough. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I think the cost of their annual maintenance contract is a bit high.

Super! Not only was Donny informative about our various options, but he saw that we needed more ductwork in the house and did this for free. He also bought a length of hose for our faucet which had to be placed in another area. The installers were prompt, professional, courteous and neat. Donny even followed up with a visit to talk about servicing options, and this was not a "hard sell". The company assisted us with rebate paperwork. This company seems very competent and honest and I would highly recommend them.

I have a large house that had two very old AC units. The previous units were installed in the 1980’s, and had always been inadequate for our needs. I will also say that I tend to have very high expectations. While I like to give out compliments when they are deserved, I find very few opportunities to do so when hiring different folks for my home improvement needs. I am almost always disappointed with this type of thing. We chose Tyler LLC for many reasons, and I’m so happy that we did. Their pricing is competitive, but I will also say that you get what you pay for. We did have some quotes that were cheaper, but the proposed plan was also inferior. Tyler came in with a competitive quote and offered much more in return than their competitors could. They were also able to provide me with various sets of offers covering a broad price range. They were not pushy towards recommending the most expensive system. They were engaged, and truly helped us finds package that best fit ALL of our needs. Donny is their manager, and is perhaps the most accessible person I have ever hired for a project. He responds to my emails immediately, even if it’s late at night or on the weekends. He does not work off of commission, and it shows! He’s a very honest person, and clearly enjoys his job. He goes WAY above and beyond in helping his clients. The installation crew was also fantastic. They were respectful, organized, and had exceptional attention to detail. It’s a very professional looking installation, and a major upgrade for us. I would recommend Tyler LLC without hesitation to anyone. They have a customer in me for life.

Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job.

NOTHING WAS DONE

Came as scheduled a few days after failure- not being used , so no rush. When scheduling, they informed me that I would have to pay for a diagnostic visit- even though I explained in detail what failed and didn't need any diagnostics. Chris came, confirmed unit had failed. Had to go to warehouse to get replacement and returned within an hour to replace and set up new control. Very competent. Chris also waived the diagnostic fee, so cost was zero. A year ago, Chris installed the first Carrier control as a replacement for my 10 year old controller. Again they had insisted on a diagnostic visit (reasonably expensive) first before they would fix anything. Luckily I insisted they have the new controller on the truck (not sure if this is their practice) and Chris quickly installed it. So if you are smart enough to identify the problem, insist on one trip
