The service worked out very well. I am very happy with the service. My overall experience with them was very good. I think they were competitive.

They're great. They are always prompt and they come twice a year and they're great. They come out when air conditioning has  been broken on a weekend and yeah they're great.

I called Tyler and 8 or 9 other repair firms. Tyler called me back immediately and their technician was at our house within 45 minutes. They were very professional and fixed the problem, but I thought the pricing was very high. I expected to pay more for a Saturday morning call but not that much more.

Sales person was knowledgeable and on–time, was able to provide pricing on the spot. Install scheduled for the following week, completed on–time. Very professional technicians. The unit's wiring needed to be replaced 2 weeks later, but they came out on a Sunday to fix it.

Our oil boiler was not working – we called Tyler, they sent technician come right away. He diagnosed oil boiler cannot work, need do replace. Tyler and us work on price. Then Tyler replace gas boiler. They did good job.

I was told technician would be at my house first thing in the morning and he arrived at 8:00am promptly.  After taking the unit apart and contacting the manufacturer it was determined the electrical board was burnt out.  With the board not working it could not be determined if any other parts were damaged from the lightening.  The technician advised me of my options and advised the office of my decision.  Within 2 business day I had a quote for replacing the unit and repairing the unit.  
I am always amazed at the professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff at Tyler Heating. Because of the confidence I have in Tyler Heating I am considering converting from oil to gas and will hire only Tyler Heating for the job.

As luck would have it, our old steam boiler stopped working on the coldest weekend of the winter. The gas company serviceman gave us a shady sounding referral to his buddy, and we luckily decided to shop around a bit. Tyler was at our house within an hour on a Saturday afternoon, and thoroughly explained all the exciting details about how our boiler had failed us and our options for replacing it. By this point it was late afternoon Saturday and they were not able to get the new boiler until Monday. It was also 5 below outside and the house was down to 55 degrees. They offered several times to let us borrow space heaters (we'd already gone to buy some), gave us some other tips on keeping the house warm, and also walked us through exactly what to do to keep our pipes from freezing. The installation guys were here at 7:30 Monday morning and had the painful task of taking our old dinosaur boiler out, bringing the new 500 lb one in, and doing the whole installation during a snowstorm while the house was freezing. They were friendly, neat, and worked nonstop for 11 hours to get it done. They covered the floors with drop cloths, and the utility area where the boiler sits was literally cleaner after they left than it was when they got here. Can't recommend Tyler enough!

Very neat apperance and professional manners. Found the cause of the issue and long story short I need to replace the furance. About an hour later Tyler had sent a salesman over to go over my options. The salesman "Bob" was also very professional and no pressure.
