About us

Our goal is to take the stress out of replacing your windows and doors. Our consultative approach will guide you through the entire process, from selection of the window to the completion of the installation. With Windows by Toll you will never be forced to sit through a high pressure sales pitch. Windows by Toll specializes in removing and replacing windows, entry doors and patio doors. We provide all the necessary carpentry that may be needed to properly complete each job. We do not replace interior doors, garage doors or bilco doors (basement). Also, we do not provide repair services. We only provide repair work for our current customers.

As I was preparing to sell my home we determined that a couple of windows needed to be replaced. Erik suggested that we remove the side by side double hung windows and replace them with a single picture window. This solution opened up the view of our back yard, increased the amount of light that comes into the living room and dramatically changed the look and feel of our home. The installers did a fantastic job. The worked in a timely fashion and cleaned up both the inside and outside when they were done. Most companies didn't want to work with me because it was a smaller job however Windows by Toll did. And they did a great job.

I was very pleased with Windows by Toll from the start to the finish of my project. I was particularly impressed by their quick response to my calls or e-mails regarding questions I had. Their work staff was prompt to the job site, worked efficiently, and did a thorough clean up as well as completing the job at the time promised. Excellent process (initial contact, followup, actual work, professionalism, cleanup, value, etc.) from start to finish. Fair price, reasonable wait for ordered windows, punctual arrival on installation date, efficient execution of old windows removal and new install, diligent respect for home and job cleanliness during work, attention to detail during installation. Exceedingly pleased with final quality, work effort and appearance of new windows. Installation crew of Vinizio, Winston and Javier was outstanding. Would not hesitate to use again and/or to recommend to others.

Erik gave us a detailed presentation concerning this window replacement project and his cost estimate was competitive and fair. The installation was scheduled for 3 days but his crew worked hard in nasty,cold weather and it was completed in only 2 days. The crew did a good job cleaning up after they were done and I would hire Windows by Toll again if needed.

I want to express how happy I am with my doors project. Erik and Rob are amazing! From the initial consultation to the end of the project, they made me feel comfortable. They were able to complete the job in 3 days. (4 doors and 2 screen doors). They removed old doors, got rid of the debris and installed the new doors without interfering with my family flow. I am happy with the results, it exceeded my expectations. I am looking to do some other projects in my house, and I will definitely use them. Erik and Rob are real pro’s. They did a beautiful job and finished when they said they would.

It comes down to service and Windows by Toll nailed it. We ordered a very large custom window (10'x7') and the installation quality was great. However, after they left we noticed a hairline crack inside the glass so we called right away. The owner came over immediately and simply told me not to worry, they'd take care of it. And that's exactly what they did - no fuss, no attempts to deny responsibility. The way Toll handled it is exactly why I'll definitely use them again.

We could not have been more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. We needed a door which other companies could not provide for at least 6 weeks and they were able to do so in 2 weeks. The pricing was terrific based on other estimates.Initially met with Eric and Rob who understood our needs and easy to work with. Rob accompanied the 2 talented installers. It was not an easy install as we were replacing an old antiquated metal door. At the end of the day we love our Andersen Sliding Patio Door.
