It took about 4 days for the quote and when we decided to go with Russo they scheduled us for a few days later.

Prompt response, excellent service, courteous and informative

Price was fair they came as promised. There was one small 'hiccup' in that the hose was a little to long and we couldn't get the stove all the way into the wall---it wasn't their fault though---we didn't have the stove in place when they installed the line---they came right away--put in a shorter line attached it to the stove and didn't charge for the 2nd visit.

Unfortunately, the good start did not last. Took them 3 weeks to respond. Got a random phone call from some guy who told me the boss was away and he was asked to call me to follow up. Price was way out of the ball park compared to others. My read was that this job was just not something they were interested in, so I took my business elsewhere.

Same day service, professional, good phone call to company and nice young man, Scott, came to the house and did the work. Very good experience and we will use Russo Plumbing the next time we have the need for a plumber, without question.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. The young man who came and performed the work was pleasant, professional and punctual. His work was excellent and there is no problem at all with any part he replaced or worked on. They have excellent customer service and called after the service was completed to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I had also mentioned that perhaps I might replace some comode parts and they even called again to see if they could assist or if they could come out to help. I thought that was amazing. We called with an emergency leak from our main water line and were able to get someone to our house in under an hour, on a Sunday morning no less!!!! What a comfort in that situation to get a real live person on the phone also. They dispatched John, who was very professional and informative. He fixed the leak and replaced the broken part, and then was able to also take a look at another plumbing issue for us. Very happy with our experience and are definitely planning on using them again in the future.

I read about them on Angie's List. I called Fred and followed up with an email and pictures afterward. I didn't hear from them for a while but when I followed up, I got a return call the next day. We set up an appointment and Fred got there at the agreed time. We walked around and he looked things over. We discussed plumbing and heating technology and project options.Fred will send me quote options next week. In our part of CT, conscientious response is a rarity.

Peter was awesome! He was professional and courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way. He also included me in the decision making process, which I appreciated. And without even knowing that I prefer when people remove their shoes when they enter my home, he did it anyway! I will certainly use this company (and specifically ask for Peter) any time I have a problem in the future. Thanks!

The technician is very punctual, coming right on time. He also explains things very well and gave us two options to fix the problem. Although I was a little uncertain about paying $65 only for them to come out and do the estimation, it turned out the total cost was significantly lower than the other company that I quoted earlier. Work is done quickly and the problem is fixed.

Very professional, punctual and pleasant. Did job exactly as promised and came out immediately. The price seemed a bit higher than i expected, and internet pricing of the part replaced indicated it was at the highest end of the range online, but was within the range it could purchased, but was not unreasonable given the work and parts. I would recommend and use again.

The first time I called Russo, they advised me there would be a $75 charge just to come out. Locating the dishwasher leak cost me $118. That was a shock since it was not fixed. I had to get a new dishwasher installed. My fault for not thinking about the warranty first. The plumber said he had to charge what he did since those were the rules. He gave me a $10 coupon for the next visit. The next visit came quickly. The outdoor pipes were leaking money down the drain. The plumber was quick and efficient.

Showed up on time, did what they said they would do, technicians went out of their way to make us happy. Quality work, well planned & executed. Very happy with Russo Plumbing, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After we saw the leak in the trap, I checked Angie's list and called Ralph Russo based on reviews and proximity to my home. I was so surprised to speak with Ralph right away. He said he would be there the following day and gave me information about what to expect with pricing. The next day he called to say he could come earlier if that was convenient for me. Ralph did the work quickly and was very professional. He has a nice service plan for those who might expect to make several calls through the year, and he told me about the heating maintenance and repair work they do. I will call him again the next time; I was very happy with his work and service.

The tech was very professional and did only what was needed to save us money since it was a Sunday (which is time and a half). He was pleasant and came right away. All the office help were pleasant and very helpful. Definitely will use them again.

They were very punctual, both for the visit to estimate the work, as well as the day that the plumber showed up to actually perform the work. The only glitch was in getting on the schedule to get a plumber out to perform the work. Took several follow-up calls before I could get a day/time commitment. That said, the plumber showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He took out the old washer hookup and installed a new one with a central cutoff valve. He was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience. Would likely hire them again.

Very good first tlephone contact. Very efficient and was able to make an appointment that met my needs. Arrived on time - called before arriving to ensure we were home. Knew exactly what to do and did the work quickly, cleanly and tested the new part completely.

Quickly understood problem - the PVC drain under tub was unusual and not unscrewable - but was able to snake thru to a length of 12' and clear. The replaced packing in the valve was straightforward.

I sent an email describing the problem with the disposal. Ralph then asked me follow up questions and I forwarded that to my renter. My renter sent pictures and answered Ralph's questions and it was determined that we needed to replace it. I was called before they installed it to approve the cost, and it was installed immediately that day. Overall, this was a very easy transaction.

I had to provide my own parts, but other than that, the individual that performed the work was knowledgeable, polite and got the work done.

I say the service call was great. Russo Plumbing could have made a house call to charge for a simple fix, but did not. Their honesty in the field is refreshing.

The work was done very professionally and on time and they were very courteous and efficient. It was expensive, but I've not been able to find a plumber yet who was not expensive!
