Fair. The best part of the project was that the team was effective in completing the job quickly, in approximately 4 days. I had asked John if he was capable of doing a durable faux wood-grain effect on all of the trim in the bedroom and asked him to match an example on a banister handrail also in my home. He assured me he could but he really didn't have the experience in this area. He purchased a kit of materials to achieve this technique at the paint store but neglected to complete the last step of the process. This was all done with latex which is not ideal for trim work. Because of the materials used and the omission of the last step now all I have is gummy trim work which needs to be re-painted. The hallway paint job has also not worn well. The job was done about 2.5 years ago and the trim is already starting to peel.
