They had two employees come out to complete the work in about three or four days. They were very thorough and made sure everything was complete. They have great customer service; if you have an issue they will come right out to fix it.

This company did a great job.  They were on time, efficient and neat.  I had a manufacturer's problem with the fan and they came back at no cost and explained the problem.  I would se them again.  This is actually the second time that I used them.  I used them when I remodeled my kitchen and they were great then too.

My plumber actually coordinated with Oliva's so that the installation of the hot water heater by the plumber would be at the same time as the electrical work. I thought this was great as obviously taking time off from work is an added cost that is often overlooked and working together seemed to be logical to me. He showed up on time, I believe his name was Nick?, and he was very professional and courteous. He took an existing 220 line that I was not using and rewired it from the controle panned to the new hot water heater (I did not have an existing hot water heater), about 30 feet or so of wiring. The job took about 1 hr and with parts and labor came to 188.00. Very reasonable in my opinion.
