I compared prices and options for a sunroom with multiple contractors.  Ernie quickly responded to my initial contact and he was politely persistent to be sure he could make contact with me.  He was very specific with his quote for the work and allowed me to discuss and consider pros and cons of many possible add-on options.  The work was done with careful thought and attention  to making the addition tie-in nicely to my non-standard house.  Ernie has consistently been honest, respectful, neat, and thorough.  I highly recommend HomeTech Sunrooms and Remodeling.

Ernie is fantastic. He always calls me back, spends the time answering my questions and shows up when he says he will (which is very hard to find). I had researched exactly which skylights I wanted installed, and gotten several quotes. Ernie had the best price, about 10% less than the next best quote, and was able to do the job in a timely manner. He returned all my calls promptly, and was on-site when he said he would be. He projected the job would take about a day and a half, plus a touch-up visit for a second coat of spackling on the sheet rock. The work was done in a single day, plus a brief visit a week later. The skylights had to be installed with little room to spare, only a few inches from the bottom of the roof line, and a few inches from a decorative border on the inside ceiling. Ernie's team was able to get the job done without damaging the border, and with very little disruption to the sheetrock. I was pleasantly surprised, and extremely glad I hadn't attempted to do the work myself! No way could I have done such a good job. His men were careful and cleaned up thoroughly. The skylights look great, from both inside and out, and I'm very happy with the results. A bit of sanding and painting when I can find time, and everything will be done. I will definitely use HomeTech again in the future, perhaps next year for a deck. They demonstrated to me that they are real professionals.
