This is the only pool company I have used so I have nothing to compare it to. It seemed very expensive compared to other places that friends told me about later. Our pool needed a lot of work they told us and they would never schedule a time to come. They would just show up whenever they felt like it, stay for an hour and then we'd see them again a few days or a week later. Would have preferred to have a scheduled time for them to fix it and be done rather than spreading it out over such a long period. I finally left them a very dissatisfied message and they came the next day and finished everything.

The staff at the store (Kelly) helpful. She answered a lot of questions from me. It was very easy to get a Saturday appointment. The men showed up early and were well-prepared with the cover and pillow that I ordered. They worked quickly and efficiently. However, our ladder was difficult to remove due to improper installation by the pool installers sub-contracted by the company from which we purchased our pool. The men were very careful not to damage our ladder or deck, even though it took a lot longer to remove. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge us extra for their time even though they worked on our ladder much longer than expected and had to fix someone else's mistake. They also gave us detailed advice on how to resolve the issue so that we will not face the same problem again next year. Also, the men took the time to answer my questions and show me how to do things that I was unsure of. Since this is the first year I have owned a pool, this meant a lot to me. For sure, Brennan Pools will be the one we call to help us open out pool next spring!

I DON'T THINK I AM GOING TO USE THEM NEXT YEAR. I FELT IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE, FOR WHAT THEY DID. AFTER THEY LEFT, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY TO SWIM IN, BUT IT WASN'T. THERE WERE THINGS WE HAD TO DO OURSELVES.
