"We regret that this customer feels this way, however, we feel that we have tried multiple times to accommodate her. Unfortunately, when you utilize unlicensed handymen to complete work that requires a licensed professional in order to cut cost, often safety becomes an issue. While we strive to make every customer happy, some times it is just not possible. We have not received any response from this customer until her account was sent to collections for non payment. As far as management, this company has been under the same management since 2003."
