They showed up on time and were courteous and thorough. The cleaning was prompt and they were very neat and quiet. I haven't ever used a fireplace before, so they were kind enough to explain to me how to operate it safely. The only drawback was that this was a rescheduled cleaning and I didn't get a call back to let me know the new date was okay, so I was surprised when they showed up. Other than that, it was an overall pleasant experience.

Rising Star Chimney was an excellent company to deal with. To start, Chris Soverns made himself available in less than 24 hours notice for an estimate (3 sweeps, flue divider, and a fireplace rebuild) and was able to schedule the job around my schedule (and I only waited 3 days from the estimate). Brandon did a fantastic job on the chimney rebuild and we've finally been able to enjoy fires once again. I would highly recommend Rising Star Chimney to anyone. Their pricing is the most competitive around, they perform outstanding work and they are a pleasure to work with.

VERY QUICK.PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS QUOTED.I WAS EVEN IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANUP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.I HAVE HAD COMPLEMENTS ON HOW GOOD MY CHIMNEY LOOKS.I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET A CHIMNEY REPAIRED.

I had an excellent experience. Rising Star's Chimney services by far offered the best prices around. I interviewed over a half dozen chimney services and unlike all of them, Rising star was able to accommodate me in the timetable I needed. Also like many home improvement jobs, there were some unforeseen issues, which I felt that Chris and Brendan handled perfectly and did not try taking advantage of me in terms of the additional costs associated with these issues. They were very clean in doing there work, and did not stop working until I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them for their services. Thanks guys

Great guys. Called within 24 hours of submitting request through Service Magic. Came out that day. Gave thorough estimate and scheduled the job. Arrived on time. Completed the work as scheduled. Reasonable price. Will recommend again to neighbors, friends and clients. Work completed today 7/27/07.
