I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. When I asked them to came and fix a problem which was also don by the company they simply said to me Goodby , we do not care about it à ¢à  à  please didnà ¢à  à  t trust this people you can call me and ask me about the horrible damage they did to my house 203-243-0946 . The drain system was not install correctly and now I have pay almost the amount I paid for their job

Had a great experience with the 2 guys that came. One looked after the air conditioning system and the other the furnace and thermostat. found them to be knowledgeable, personably, and professional in there dealings.

Found Omni on Angi. Contacted them and they came out the next day. They identified the problem right away, explained what had to be done and then promptly completed their work. The technicians were very professional. Their bill was very reasonable. I am very pleased with their response time, their professionalism and their work. Highly recommend this company.

Juan at OMNI was super responsive and extremely professional. He communicated all the actions taken and what needed to be corrected. He went out of the way to make sure we fully comprehended what was done with our furnace and thermostat. Juan was great to work with. He efficiently cleaned and serviced our Gas Boiler. He provided some education about the capability and also noted we had a great boiler that was maintaining strong water pressure and temperature. Great service. Price was appropriate for non-emergency level work! I would easily use them again.

The person Omni sent (Juan) was an exceptional person very professional on his job, he fixed the problem on my heater, on a friendly way he explain me what cause the problem, I recommend him and Omni for yours services.

Tech was thorough and knowledgeable. Was disappointing that we had to have them cancel twice. Not sure if the change in date also increased the service because the special expired but we are very satisfied with the work performed.

The only negative is that the tech did not show up on time.

Tom and his service tech Greg were on the spot. My burner was dying just before Easter when we were having a large group of family for dinner. Greg made several changes over several days until he was able to get my burner to work through the Easter holiday. It finally died two days after. Omni Mechanical installed a new unit and my wife and I have been happy campers ever since. As seniors we were grateful Tom and Greg were able to help us. Thank You Omni Mechanical.
