The owner, Rob, seemed very personable and friendly at first. He was also convenient because he a) accepts credit cards and b) lets his clients pay him in four installments. I called one of his referrals who gave him rave reviews and Rob told me to call him if I wasn't 100% satisfied with his work. I was not. A lot of the lumber he used for the outer steps had large knots in them, uneven edges, or were wobbly. When I asked him to come back and replace the boards, he eventually did but only after several phone calls and text messages. When I asked him to put a completion date for the "repairs" in writing, he became very angry and yelled at me. I would definitely not hire this contractor again.
