Suzy and her team were absolutely great from beginning to end! My wife and I met with her to go over a menu for a large party at our home. She had great suggestions not only for the food, but also regarding how best to use our space. It all went wonderfully. Her team (Suzy and two women) ensured all our guests were well fed. (we did "butlered" hors d'ouvres.) Our guest LOVED the food which included ahi tuna tartare, tenderloin, shrimp, butternut squash shooters, stuffed endive, etc. Their clean-up was fast and thorough.
My wife and I cannot recommend them enough!
