The previous owner of my house used them. I gave them a call. The receptionist Judy was nice and answered my questions clearly. I made an appointment. They were popular so I had to wait for a month. Judy called previous day to confirm. After confirmation, they came on time on the appointment day and worked right into it. Job well done. I feel they charged a little higher than other companies but air duct system is such delicate system that I would rather pay more than to have my air duct system messed up. I will use them again next time. (They recommend doing it every 5 years.)

Everything went very well. The work done was as quoted. The guys were professional and on time and we now have a working chimney and can't wait to use it. A previous owner of our house had painted the chimney white and it was cracking/peeling fairly badly - painting over it was really the only option.

The workers were very pleasant and did clean work. They put rugs down wherever they walked in the house. After noticing that one fireplace had barely been used, they didn't charge full price to clean that one. They also checked the ash dump and recommended that we not use it any more as it was getting full. It did take a few months to get an appointment since I called in the fall.
