Overall, the installation was timely and done well. The problems started with the fan working intermittently. Our calls to the installer went mostly unanswered. Finally, the company sent electricians out to look at the fan and replaced it. Six months later the same thing is happening again; i.e. the fan is not working and the company has not returned my calls. My last conversation with them was two weeks ago and they were going to send out an electrician but have not done so. **Also note that the work order warranty does not include the fan** - guess I know why.
Description of Work: Installed a single suction, sub slab depressurization system with one suction point. The piping, extending from the suction point, will exit the house through the rim joist, then rise vertically along the wall of the house and exhaust above the roof line. The fan will be a 270 CFM in-line fan. A system monitor will be installed on the piping inside the basement to monitor proper system performance.
