"The correct price was discussed at the estimate visit to the house. Our office manager who writes the quotes moved back to Maine to deal with a death in the family. We discussed this with the customer and the receptionist trying to help left a number off by mistake. He did not want to go through with the work. The spray foam was cancelled, and the cellulose portion was done to the spec of the job. We are always sorry when things don't work, but were unable take the loss of her error. The correct price was discussed at the initial visit."
"Confused how the numbers total 3.5 stars. Angi should fix that."
"I really hope they did not listen to who told them to layer plastic on the top of the insulation. DO NOT DO THIS. The lower level has a vapor barrier from the existing insulation as well as the ceiling paint(check perm rating) and doing this will create a double barrier giving a terrarium effect causing the plastic to drip sweat onto the insulation."
