+ -1 moreI called on a Thursday morning, they were able to get me in on Friday morning in the slim time slot I had available (another HVAC company told me it would be at least 10 days before they could get to me). Even though my problem sounded silly, he figured it out and fixed it. My A/C had been turning on for, at most, 15 minutes per day even though it never got within 15 degrees of where I had it set. He poked about and fixed the problem. Very respectful and patient.
Description of Work: The service technician replaced the "pump" for our A/C unit. He also fixed some wiring and added tablets to the pan to keep bacteria from forming.
