After having my twin girls, my family was growing, I decided it was time to look for a new house, a bigger house. I got Tim's name from my realtor and made an appointment to meet him. I am self employed and I knew my situation involved obstacles. Tim assured me he could help. The first order of business was to straighten out my credit from the past and this was approximately a nine month process. Throughout this time Tim was patient and would always return my phone calls even if it was at night or on the weekend. Once this process was complete, the necessary paperwork was collected and the mortgage application process started. I was very pleasantly surprised with the way Tim and his staff worked on my loan, they always made me feel like I was the most important client they had. Everything happened in a professional and timely manner and I have already referred him to a friend who is looking to buy a home.
