Description of Work: Repaired a leak that was coming through my kitchen ceiling. He had to locate the leak first. He ended up cutting a hole in my ceiling and bedroom closet, but was very neat about it. He arrived at 5:15 pm and the job took 2 hours. I wasn't charged for overtime.

We had an unexpected boiler break down needed it up and running fast John responded immediately arrived professionally and went right to work got the job done left the place clean and fixed a few other items I needed in plumbing department. Description of Work: We had a pipe that broke in our basement, causing water to accumulate on the floor. we called Ridgefied plumbing as we needed an immediate repair, and they came out within, the hour, fixed the pipe at a reasonable cost. Technician was polite professional and well prepared to solve the problem - by which I mean he didn't have to look for or order parts as they were on his truck. Unfortunate, I dfon't remember what the cost was although I do know it was substsantially less than other plumbers we contacted.
