When I entered the store, the gentleman at the desk asked, while eating his lunch, what I wanted. I explained, while he continued to eat his lunch, I needed something to seal the bottom of a shower door. He took my name and phone number and said someone would call (all the while eating his lunch). As I walked out, a younger person asked if I got what I needed? I said no. He then proceeded to help me and even provided free of charge a door sweep. However, due to small clearance, the sweep is not the answer. So, I called back and asked to talk to the younger guy that helped. I believe from the voice, it was the first person I talked to although he insisted he had been the one to help me. When I asked if had been the one that had gone to the shop and provided me with the sweep, he told me I had a bad attitude and hung up on me. Bad customer service!
