The whole process was terrific. DavId Adams (owner) initially came and listened to what I wanted, and took my design ideas and made the design really happen and within my budge paramenters. Once we agreed on the design, he introduced me to Ray who was the job super. The guys all came on the days they said, and made it happen. Becuase of the design, we realy had to do the whole job at once, as opposed to stage it. They started with a schedule that they pretty much stuck to. I had no problem with them working over the holidays and other than nothing scheduled to happen between Christmas and New Year the whole process was great. The guys really clean up after themselves during the day. They really minimize the disruption. They had no problem with my dog. There were a few change orders that always seem to come up in any project, but the pricing was fair. I would use Design Build again with no hesitation. They really are an A+ company!
