Description of Work: They came to home to clean a 9 X 12 Chinese, wool, area rug. They were on time and very professional. My problem was that I did want the pet stains in the rug removed. I think that they were overly cautious and were concerned that they might damage the rug. So I still had the stains after they did their cleaning. I would give them another try anyway but only on synthetic carpeting.

 + -1 moreHe came promptly, the very day I called, and did a great job. He had a device hooked up to a machine in his van that provided deep steam cleaning and suction. With his suggestion to blow air over it with fans, since I needed to have it dry overnight, I went and purchased 4 box fans (Home Depot, about $16 each, and will use elsewhere), which dried the whole job overnight
Description of Work: Cleaning a carpet in a large basement room, maybe 300 sq ft, and the stairs to the room.

 + -1 moreThe carpet looks beautiful. I had it done twice before by two other companies and it didn't come out beautifully. I was very pleased with Americlean. They were about an hour late but he called me well before and told me that he'll be a little late. It was more of my schedule than theirs because they said they could come the next day but I think they came out four or five days later.
Description of Work: I used Americlean Carpet & Furn Clnng a week ago to steam clean two very badly stained rooms. They also cleaned one room that just wasn't done for a long time and also applied scratch guard.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A PROMPT, FRIENDLY COMPANY WITH GREAT PRICING. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE SOMETHING QUICKLY. IF HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE THERE BETWEEN 10 AND 12. HE WAS THERE CLOSER TO 10, AND IF HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE HE WOULD GIVE ME A PHONE CALL TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY.
Description of Work: IT WAS CARPET CLEANING OF ABOUT 1500 SQUARE FEET AND AN EXTRA ROOM THAT WAS 12 BY 14 FEET.
