He came promptly, the very day I called, and did a great job. He had a device hooked up to a machine in his van that provided deep steam cleaning and suction. With his suggestion to blow air over it with fans, since I needed to have it dry overnight, I went and purchased 4 box fans (Home Depot, about $16 each, and will use elsewhere), which dried the whole job overnight

The carpet looks beautiful.  I had it done twice before by two other companies and it didn't come out beautifully.  I was very pleased with Americlean.  They were about an hour late but he called me well before and told me that he'll be a little late.  It was more of my schedule than theirs because they said they could come the next day but I think they came out four or five days later.

THEY WERE A PROMPT, FRIENDLY COMPANY WITH GREAT PRICING. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE SOMETHING QUICKLY. IF HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE THERE BETWEEN 10 AND 12. HE WAS THERE CLOSER TO 10, AND IF HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE HE WOULD GIVE ME A PHONE CALL TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY.
