Margie's cleaning service does an amazing job at a reasonable price. However, Margie herself has extremely poor customer service. At my appointment 2 weeks ago she had employee issues that required her to be over 2 1/2 hours late, which is fine, but she did not call me to inform me. I had to call her and she was still later than the 90 minutes she reported. I then had to change my day due to work, she confirmed with me, today she did not show up no call was made. When I called her She was unapologetic and abrasive. Her direct quote was " well you don't pay me that much anyways." When I said I needed to speak with my husband she said whatever and hung up the phone. There has also been 3 different people here to work so I was never sure who was coming to my house. I do not recommend this service, the good work is there but the management is unacceptable.

Margie came to the rescue when we had an unexpected apartment vacancy during a in a very busy time, so we could not get it done ourselves. She cleaned the place from top to bottom -- a big job --- and turned a large, dirty, and uninviting apartment into a sparkling, welcoming one. The place looked great when she was done. It was a relief to have such professionalism.  I'd hire her again in a minute.
