Arrived on time. Work went quickly. Paid special attention to where my cats had upchucked (food, furballs) and told me that it should be spot cleaned right away to keep carpet from being damaged. When he was done, he had me check the results. I was quite impressed because I'm not very good at that spot cleaning and I could not tell where the old spots had been. They use a different method (which I can't remember) that was different from the regular shampooing. I will definitely use this company in the future. They handle New Haven, Litchfield and Hartford counties, but I live in Middlesex County.
