Work was sloppy; nails showing through eaves. When contacted about leaking problem, he had no idea what the problem could be. Upon our request he replaced a skylight thought to be at issue, but it turned out it wasn't the whole problem as there were still leaks. Every time we spoke with him, he just complained that he couldn't understand what the problem could be. After all, the roof was fine for six years (we had him put 30 year shingles up). We subsequently hired someone else who immediately determined that there were serious leaks in the roof, which was spongy in several spots. He provides absolutely no advice to the consumer on what the problem might be or the correct course of action to take.
