gutter cleaning
 + -1 moreThere was a little delay in ordering the sink; but overall everything went well.
Description of Work: Woodpecker damage/Paint touch-ups: -Repair 2 holes on front right corner trim, and touch-up paint. -Replace garage corner cedar trim board to existing seam and paint to match. -Scrape and touch up front fascia board under gutter. *SW woodscapes 'Red Bay' Inspect lights to determine if new bulb or fixture is needed. Replace bulb if necessary, 2 at peak of garage/ 2 at rear peak and 1 on rear corner. *If replacement lights or are needed price will be materials and labor. Kitchen sink and faucet replacement: -Remove and dispose of existing sink and faucet. -Replace sink with stainless steel 22x33 double bowl and BN faucet. -Replace drain flanges and p-traps. -Final Clean-up. *Materials included Kohler #K-3361-3-NA Kohler #K-10433-VS
