Description of Work: Very prompt coming out to house and sending estimate when they said they would, very professional estimator, workers, and owner. Responded promptly to emails. Recommend highly.

Description of Work: When I first began this review I was still in contact to get the work done to a standard I am comfortable with.This did not go as I hoped. I also used a groupon which may be why I wasn't given the best service, from my perspective, that is.Mr Walsh felt I hadn't responded in an appropriate amount of time and accused me of wanting to get a new fence from him (never a plan or a thought or i would have from the beginning asking for quotes for new fence) all I wanted is the new gate to protect my dogs as the old one had. Apparently we both had expectations that fell far short. It became apparent after threatening to see me in court if I did't pay the balance, rather than be concerned with the needs the fence had to provide or my satisfaction, Mr Walsh was concerned that i wouldn't be paying the balance of my bill. Looking at current review, I don't think he should be offering deals/coupons because he clearly thinks the people using them are trying to take advantage of him. He also never saw the job or my fence. Part of his perception of me and my fence came from this trusted workpeople. They gave him the view that my fence was in pretty bad disrepair. And maybe to a fence expert it is but from my point of view it is still serving its purpose. quiet well. in summary; there were delays on both sides of which tolerance ran short. But customer service is not a priority at this business for smaller jobs or coupon related jobs perhaps. My view. Avoid this company.

Description of Work: EVERYTHING WENT WELL EXCEPT THE COMPANY COULD NOT PROVIDE SERVICE

Description of Work: The job seemed too small for them; seemed to want to repalce the wole fence and when we said we just needed repairs lost intrest. Said he got busy; stopped returing calls.

Description of Work: They were amazing. The owner had called me and with my busy schedule I had not returned the call. He started calling me 2 days after I made the purchase of the Big Deal. After 4 - 5 days he showed up at my house. He was concerned because he could not reach me on my work phone and wanted to get started on the work. He was super nice and very professional. He walked the property with me and we looked at the job. I have a PVC fence that had one section that had blown down. He discovered upon inspection that the majority of the fence had gone out of line and the caps on many posts had blown off. He quoted me a price of an additional $99. The cost of the Big Deal was originally $99.00. The work was done 5 days from the time he was originally at my house. He sent over two very professional men who put my fence back together, realigned the fence, screwed the top sections together all the way around and added the new post caps. The two men were here for approximately 2 hours. They were wonderful. I am looking for a small fence now to separate my kids play area from the dogs area. I will use them again in a minute and can't wait to see their quote. Super company and friendly staff. USE THEM for any project!!!!
