Very good job of cleaning my carpets on my stairs. Explained how he would clean the problem areas before starting . No mess was left and took the time to show me the cleaned carpets which were made of different fibers in various locations in my town house.

Todd was very polite and knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning business. He was prompt for the appointment. Got the job done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. This is an apartment that has two rooms with carpet. The carpet was dirty and had spots and stains on it. The results was amazing. I actually saw the carpet color brighten to the original color. All the stains came out. The carpet looks brand new. Would highly recommend Todd for this type of job.

Did not get the stain out when the carpet dried. He wanted to charge me again to redo.

"The call was a emergency service for blood in the carpet. Like any stain there is no guarantee that it will be remove . We always try our best to remove the stain. If we need to come back the customer is informed of added charges. It my take 1 time to remove the stain or many times going over it. Some stains never come out. By the way this happened over a year ago and now the customer is writing a review."

Nice guy...very chatty. Been a while since carpets where cleaned but I"m sure there is worse out there. Paid double what I was quoted over the phone, Didnt feel like they were as clean as they could have been. Probably good at what they do, just hammer out price before hand!!!

"We at Grime Busters appreciate all comments from our customers. We are always glad to give a free estimate over the phone or in person. We were told the carpet had x amount of square footage to clean and we always measure to confirm the square footage with the customer. Upon doing so we found that the square footage was double. The customer was informed of the cost before the cleaning was done and was agreed upon by the customer."

i hadn't had my carpets cleaned in five years and thought we would have rip up the light-colored bedroom carpet because it was so discolored from dirt and traffic. I was totally amazed at how new the carpet looked after Grime Busters cleaned it, and they charged less than half of other company we had used! In fact, the cost factor was why I had waited so long! So nice to have carpets cleaned at such reasonable cost. Very friendly owner!
