Colonial Properties, Inc. is an independent, full service Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage, located in Orange, CT. Colonial was founded in 1978 and has served the region for almost 40 years. It has grown to become one of the leading independently owned, full-service firms in Connecticut. Started by Gary Richetelli as a small two-man office, the firm is now owned and managed by Broker and President Michael Richetelli, who oversees an experienced, well-qualified team of real estate professionals.
