MONRO MUFFLER BRAKE & SVC

Although they did flush out my radiator fluid and they did top off my windshield washer fluid they said that they checked my oil and other fluids, The mechanic forgot to add in new radiator coolant causing my car to almost immediately overheat even though it was not in the hot summer months, Once down the road I noticed my car overheating immediately pulled over and called AAA who when they came out the mechanic from AAA looked and told me that my car was in need of coolant because my radiator had none. I called a friend to bring me to AutoZone where I bought coolant to put in my car once I had added it to my car I immediately drove my car back to Monro who refused to refund my money for the services even though I had receipts showing that I had just purchased Radiator coolant for my car. The man behind the counter did not seem to care and the only thing he said he would do was give me a free oil change, Which I did not want and did not use. I was very dissatisfied with their service and will not be going back.

I went to Monroe for an oil change in August 2013 without an appointment but Vinnie took the car immediately. He also did an inspection and advised that my struts were leaking and should be replaced. After Labor Day he performed the replacement and even gave me a discount on the parts, which was most welcome. He and his staff were very solicitous and professional throughout.
