I received his estimate several days later and it was almost the same as my sister's. I had received 3 other estimates for boiler replacement and Roger's was the lowest. Let me tell you, I got estimates for similar products that ranged all the way up to $22,000! Needless to say, with the quality of Roger's work and the value of his price, I gave him the contract.
Over the course of 2 and half days, they disconnected all the existing piping, removed the boiler, water heater, and oil tank, and installed the new Navien propane boiler. They worked so efficiently that we only lost hot water for a couple hours. They then replaced some existing baseboard and extended some in another room. They were neat and very professional (and some of the hardest working men you'll meet.).
The boiler's been in place for over two months now and it works like a champ. I'm very happy with work they did and I know I got the best value around. I recommend Roger to all my friends at work without reservation- I know he'll do a great job at a great price. The boiler, hanging on the basement wall with all the bright copper piping arranged so neatly around it, almost looks like a piece of art! We show it off to family and friends. We are 100% satisfied.
