The diagnosis and repair went well. Good result and the vacuum operates like it were new again. Only issue was that repair was promised for a given day and we were never notified that a part needed to be ordered and as a result, the repair would take longer. No issue with needing to order the part as the the vacuum is 9 years old. However it would be useful to keep the customer informed. Again, great service at a good price.

The store was closed for many days due to illness. The people in the store were very nice. The work was done in a timely fashion. It did cost more than the machine cost new but was guarenteed for a year. I would go back there/

The technician inspected the unit and was unable to determine the cause of the problem. He removed the unit from the wall, and informed me that he would have the shop take a look at the machine. I gave the technician a spare relay I had for the machine and he took that with him. I received a call on Saturday the 16th with an update on the diagnosis. I was informed that the motor had seized and in the process of stopping had blown the relay. The price of the motor and the labor was reasonable so I told them to go ahead. They came out on Tuesday the 19th to re-install the unit. The technician was the same one who initially removed the unit, and he had the unit installed and tested in about 10 minutes.

Company came in on a Saturday to repair existing central vacuum, but I decided to replace with a new unit, since the old one was having problems. The repairman was willing to do the installation on short notice, and fit me into the schedule for later that afternoon, because I had hoped to have a new unit in place as quickly as possible. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier! I was really impressed that their repairman went out of his way to make sure that I had what I wanted, despite the inconvenience to him, and was pleasant and professional the entire time. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or looking to purchase a central vacuum.
