Disappointed and frustrated, we made a decision to call another roofer that had been recommended by friends and has a very high rating with Angie's list, that came within 24 hours, had an estimate to us within 48 hours and has responded to our every phone call/question/need. We had him come and tarp the roof to avoid additional damage and his men were here promptly, as scheduled.
Description of Work: Although such a personable guy, we have been waiting since hurricane Sandy to get an estimate. We called him so many times and he FINALLY came out to take a look (at least a month ago) and still has not provided us with an estimate. Do not expect to hear from or see this guy. It has been months.
