It went very smoothly from start to finish. I always got a prompt response via e-mail. Not sure how they are on the phone, but the e-mail was great. When I refer someone in the future I would tell them to communicate that way. I am very happy with the service I received. I will absolutely use them again and will definitely refer friends. I don't think you can go wrong.

This was the first time I had used their services. I took it to them to fix it. I was the least happy with the communication and had to call a couple of times, leaving messages. But they did respond to e-mail. They ended up fixing it and they were really nice and answered my questions.

Outboost Computers were very professional and I was so thankful that they had the great computer skills in order to save my data. These people are very professional and neat in their appearance. I felt that their price was very good. They also work very quickly which is nice so you aren't without your computer for long.
