+ -1 moreThis coverage became duplicative once our homeowners policy provided the same coverage. Per terms of HEIS policy they were to refund overlapping premiums. The company was totally unresponsive once we faxed them the required information. We had to call them repeatedly every steep of the way. They could not figure out the reason for the delay. Paperwork just sat on desks for weeks at a time.
Description of Work: We purchased a policy for water line emergency coverage.
