We take both of our cars there. It wasn’t that expensive because the car is under warranty. The head guy there is very accommodating. His name is Gary. I am very diligent about sounds in the cars. If I hear something and I can’t explain to them correctly, they’ll let me have a mechanic and I will take him out for a drive. I would say, “Can you hear that?” They will say they will fix it. I can’t tell this sound or that sound or wherever it is. Sometimes they can’t hear what I’m hearing so I will take them out for a test drive because the sound that I hear is out of certain speed. If they can’t hear it then they can’t fix it. They are very good about letting me take the mechanic out for a while and they can fix whatever it needs to be fixed. I love that. Not a lot of places will put up with someone like me because I want stuff done right. It drives me crazy when my car makes a certain sound when I go around a certain turn and a certain speed. I want it to be fixed. I keep on saying that the wheels are going to pop off.  They will take it for a ride and they will fix it. They will always fix it when you show it to them. I don’t take my car anywhere else. They will take my car anytime I call them. They are very fast.

In preparation for a long road trip, I  took my Subaru in for some overdue servicing and repairs. Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment, which was nice, and they were able to provide me with a loaner car. Being a working person, this made having repairs much easier. They kept me informed of my costs and the progress of my repairs. I will go back to this dealership for service again. I learned my lesson by going elsewhere. I have leased and/or purchased three vehicles from Garavelle Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge and Georgetown Subaru. The waiting area is pleasant, too.

Should have been around $750. The service department called my wife to get "approval" to do more repairs but what was added was not well explained. Not too comfortable with this dealer.

Everything was fine. The only thing that drives me crazy about this place is that making an appointment doesn't mean much. If you make it for the afternoon, they will tell you it'll be an hour+ before they can look at your car, but if you come at 7:30 am you don't have to wait. I did just that to avoid waiting and was still there well over an hour.
The only good thing is that you can get a loaner for most service work, not recalls though...

Service took one day,  Car  was done as promised.  Georgetown provided a 2012 Forester as a loaner car (free of charge).  Dan Perkins has Enterprise pick you up and allows you to rent a car at Dan Perkins corporate rate.

Everything went well they are good. They have the vehicle that we wanted very few dealers have that.

We've had a lot to do with them in the last 3 or 4 months. We bought a car from them in April and we had that same car serviced for the first time. It was the only time that we used them for the service but they were fast. The appointment making process was efficient because you can do that online. They have an evening drop off.

There service has been excellent. They arrange for a loaner car every time they perform any maintenance where they will need the vehicle all day. There service department is top-notch. They inspected my vehicle after I was run into by a large truck and found there was no damage done. They did the inspection without a charge.
