Description of Work: This is the second closet they have done for me and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Karen is easy to deal with, prompt efficient and reliable. good with suggestions and happy to keep "tweaking" until you are happy. Installation smooth, punctual and clean. finished product looks great and is good quality. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They custom fitted my closets with new materials and planned them. They wanted extra money to move the clothes in and out of the closets though. That shouldn't have cost more.

Description of Work: We recently moved and contacted Closet and Storage Concepts to assist with the task of reorganizing our closets. Karen came for a free consultation and was a pleasure to work with while in our home. She took time to measure all of spaces, listen to our concerns and offer suggestions. Karen followed up with a drawing of each closet solution along with pricing. She was prompt, professional, creative and responsive. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the actual installation of the closet systems due to unexpected home expenses. I have kept in contact with Karen and once we are able to have the projects completed we plan on using this company. We would recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: Converted a small bedroom into a walk-in closet complete with hanging spaces, drawers, open and closed shelves, shoe racks and a small bench. The job was complicated because my house is over 100 years old and the walls and floor are uneven. The work was meticulously done by very accommodating and professional installers who, when they were done, left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived. The owners, Karen and Jon were always available to answer my questions. I am extremely satisfied and happy and know that my money was well spent.I highly recommend this company!!
