The pricing seemed fair but they were on top of everything and got the job done quickly. I was replacing an old garage door and opener at a rental property. The owner was kind enough to meet me at my house in a different town to take care of paperwork somewhat late in the evening. Once I gave him the go-ahead they did the job the next day. Cleaned up everything and it's a very nice job. They may not be the cheapest, but sometimes you pay a little more for quality work.

The entire area around the outside of the garage door opening is leaking air. He told me to Caulk it! I would think if that was needed work, he would have told me before the start of the job and I would have had it fixed prior to his work being done. He said nothing at all about it and told me it was air tight. If I did not approach him about it, nothing would have been said on his end. Now I have to get it fixed correctly which means taking down his work , repairing it and re-seal it or just caulk the entire thing which is not the best solution.

Call Casella if you have a garage door problem. He replaces them too, but I only used his repair service. He was responsive, courteous, reasonably priced and had all the parts on his truck when I contacted him. Time from initial contact to finished job about an hour. (I was lucky in that he was in the area at the time I contacted him.) However, his having the parts on hand and being so courteous were huge plusses.
