The "weekly" cleanings were inconsistent at best.  There were multiple times that there was still debris and dirt all over the pool after a cleaning supposedly happened.  However, that is not the worst part. I sent in a check for the initial $1,500 deposit that was cashed but never applied to our balance.  When I called they stated they didn't know the account to apply it to.  Instead of calling the phone number on the check, I guess they were hoping someone would not realize it and double pay their invoice.   We also needed our filter and motor replaced.  While I understand they make their money on up charging on parts, they were charging over 4 times the amount to buy in a store and would not install anything not bought through them.
