I hired a plumber and they fixed everything but the hole where the odor was because they had to dig up the cement. They did it all withing two hours. They washed my floor. They found a bleach, a string mop to make sure that everything that had the sewage line was bleached which I thought was fabulous. I will absolutely use them again.

I wasn’t happy with the service that they rendered.  I was very dissatisfied.  I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.  Their professionalism and their miscommunication were the things that made me dissatisfied.  They were irresponsible.  They weren’t honest upfront.  I felt terrible about the service.

We were very pleased with the specific plumber that came out, his name was Doug. He was a stand up guy. The things he was working on became much more challenging then he expected and he stayed until 6 or 7 to get it done so that we would have water. He made sure and got it done and he even came back on a weekend to continue with another project. We felt the price was decent for everything we had to have done. They have a really cool customer service center package where they work with other companies and you can buy a year or lifetime membership and they give you discounts on parts and services. We really like that since we have an old house so we got the one year membership.

On the first day, they were late due to an emergency that someone else had with their heat. However, for our initial estimate appointment and the second day of work, they were on time. They were here from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. the first day and made sure to explain to my husband and I exactly what they did and why. They were very professional and back up their work with a warranty. They also offer a customer protection plan that provides 15% off of any products or services provided by them or the other providers under their network which includes an electrician, remodeling, carpet care service and septic service.

They came to the house quickly and got the work done the same day -- BUT they upped the price by almost $300 dollars! They didn't clear this with my husband, but later told me he OK'd it when it came time to pay. Later, we discovered the tech had left canisters of explosive PVC adhesive on our gas water heater. The owner came to our house and apologized, and promised a partial refund. But, after 3 months and several phone calls, which have gone unanswered, we still have no refund. We are extremely disappointed!

I WAS IMPRESSED WHEN THEY HAD ALL OF THE TOOLS THAT HE NEEDED WHEN HE CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE AGAIN TO GO GET ANYTHING. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY FOUND THE LEAK QUICK. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB PICKING UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS.
