Mark recently did 2 TV wall mount installs and a sound bar install. Very easy to work with, very clean install. Excellent communication and gave various options on what we could do for the install. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was very professional. He responded quickly. He studied up on the procedure the night before to make sure he was up to date on the installation. He accurately overcame some problems we encountered in the installation and cleaned everything up with his own vacuum. He was also very pleasant to deal with.

They did a great job helping me hook up my new HDTV, programming it and teaching me the ins and outs of the system, making sure I could use all the functions on my own before they left.

Great service and for a great price! Electrician was going to charge us $4k to install 6 cable/internet outlets since our new house didn't have them--New Tech only charged $125 per outlet! Great service and highly recommend.

NewTech was great to us. We bought a flipped house that wasn't wired for internet or cable. They came in, and for a very fair price snaked the wires throughout the house to provide ports in every room we requested. Highly Recommended!

I had newtech install a new cable jack, electrical outlet and mount a 37 inch tv to my bedroom wall. They were punctual and did an outstanding job. Everything came out perfect!

Very nice, helpful and good work. Price was high but comparable to another estimate plus the customer service and extra assembly they did made it worthwhile to go with NewTech.

I'm having the most terrible experience with NewTech LLC DONT HIRE THEM!. I hired them to wire my sound system while doing renovations and then connect the equipment, which I already owned, when renovations were completed. The day of the equipment installation, the technician communicated that the TV was showing white speckles and he couldn't figure out what was the issue; later in the day he concluded that it was my receiver that was damaged. He emailed me in the next couple of days with a ~$500 quote to replace the receiver. Few days later, we realized that the main HDMI cable that came from the wall was ripped right by the connection to the receiver; we taped it an all issues went away. I reported it to the technician. Three weeks later the system failed again as the cable got visually worse. I contacted NewTech again so they come fix it since we were sure that the cable they provided and installed was causing the issues. The technician came back to me saying that there wasn??t any visible damage on the cable when he installed it and that if it was the issue, it can??t be replaced since it runs thru the wall and I needed to pay ~$300 for an adapter. I wrote back very disappointed because I found unprofessional that they were charging me extra money to fix something they delivered with issues in the first place. Since then (Aug 25th), neither NewTech offices nor the technician have returned my calls or my emails. They just disappeared. I got another company to diagnose the problem and they confirmed the cable has always been the issue. Moreover, the troubled signal between the receiver and the TV, due to the damaged cable, might have damaged my tv now. So I????????????m dealing with charges to fix the connectivity and now the TV and of course with a non-working system at home, mot even tv. I wasted my time and my money with NewTech and was completely ignored and disregarded as a customer. ?? Easiest way out!

They are professional and thorough. They come up with a game Plan and executed it. They are neat. Which is very important and they show up when they say they will. My Situation was complicated and they not only finished it on time but made it better than I thought it would Turn out. I highly recommend them for any network and computer needs.

Price was border line high but the value and service was excellent.
