He also felt we were at fault as we should be watching the weather and should have enough people to react at a moments notice. Can any company suddenly service several hundred customers in one day? We have around 3500 customers overall. Not possible!"

(consumer name withheld per their request) was a first time, new customer. New customers are required to give a credit card when they schedule a service as we don't know them. The service is not charged to the credit card until after the service is completed. As far as value for the money........the customer was quoted the price first. After 27 years in business, we know what the competitors charge, and we are actually less than most."
