The manager was very helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done and set the time frame that it would be completed in. Both were correct.

My husband drove there to get a new section of muffler and pipe. He was given an estimate of more than $1300. When he questioned the high cost, they reduced their price to $670. This raised a flag on their credibility. He left their location without having the work done. He went to another licensced repair service where they replaced the 2 pieces for $300.When my husband returned home with the work completed from the second business, I called Monro to complain regarding their price and let them know I had the work done satisfactorily for 25% of their cost, as well as let them know their practices are less than credible. I will never patronize this business or recommend them to anyone. When I called they told me a mistake had been made, and additionally, in order to get a lower price, my husband would have to had asked for it on the premises. In my opinion this company exercises shady business practices. We are currently driving our car with the completed work done by the second company, and very pleased with both their work and their prices.
