"I never did anything job for this customer. I gave him estimate based on what he requested. My impression is he don't know what he wants. He asked for maid service but what l saw was a post construction cleaning. He said that the size of the house is 1500 while house is about 3500 With construction dust, 60 windows with screen to be cleaned front and back, sliding door and other doors to be wiped down, finger prints, 5 super large bathrooms, kitchen with appliances and lots of cabinets and cupboards to clean inside and outside, more than 7 rooms including family and living rooms, visitors and lots of other details. He also requested sweeping and washing of garage and above all sweeping and washing the whole basement area almost the size of the house. I need autoscrubber for this area. My estimate was based on what he requested. After some adjustments and elimination of items. We arrived at $950 and he said he will think about it and he never called me. That is okay. You don't get all the job you quoted for. I am surprised he is complaining. I am the guy that lost. I paid $24.00 for the lead. I drove a total of 46 miles to give the estimate. The estimates was free. How did l do wrong to him?"
